- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges You may return or exchange items within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Gift cards or promotional items.
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
- Exchange Process If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.
